Our estimators are available from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. If you need a service outside these hours, it can be arranged. For urgent cases, we can quickly attend to your need by starting work right away. We make available written quotes within 48 hours of your request, which can be mailed to you, and they are valid for six months. Hard copies can be posted on request as well.
Before estimating for you, our estimator will first visit the site to scope the work, so that you can be provided with a detailed breakdown of the costs and schedule of your project. We don’t charge a fee for job estimates or quote; however, some may attract a fee depending on the scope of the work, time, and location of your appointment. If you go ahead with the work, any fee charged for your quote will be deducted from the final invoice.
All the materials and parts we supply have a manufacturer’s guarantee or warranty. This covers the replacement or repair of faulty goods within a typical time frame of 12 months.
Warranties are legally binding, and information on how to make a claim should be included. This is included in your rights as a buyer, which should be clearly stated in the guarantee.
